@Rb__sa Tried to call again. No one in the admin team can help me. No one in the on duty team can help me. None on support can help me. Only the admin team which respond on 24-48 hours. For a business unit, responses need to be taken more seriously. Holding someone’s money hostage???

@Rb__sa I am extremely disappointed in the service I have been getting to opening a 4th account on my already existing business account. I have money in this account I cannot access for the past week now.All docs have been sent. It’s an existing account 🤷🏼♀️holding my money hostage

@Evetech so I purchase a pretty decent laptop costing over R20k. A key falls off within a month and now they are unwilling to assist and they say I mustn’t get upset. I cannot sit without it for 3 days because of their incompetence while it gets fixed. Great after sales service
Walking into the new year on a wobbly floor due 2 water damage. some assessor that hasn’t seen the damage + is behind a desk said only 4sq needs 2 be replaced + not 28sq as per quote of the guy who actually came out. Wonder if I can claim if I trip + hurt myself?@AbsaSouthAfrica
@SteersSA the manager at Benmore is rude. I still haven’t received my order and she refuses to give me a refund. I am disgusted and I’ll be opening a case of theft. Paid for something I never received. One hour later from ordering and nothing.
So disappointed with @CarrolBoyes SA. I got this as an anniversary gift from my husband a few months ago. I put fresh water and flowers and this corrosion started. I’ll pay for quality any day, but this… I’m not happy.
