@nuegoindia@nuegoindia it is not feedback but a complaint. I booked an AC bus, paid for an AC bus. Actually alot more than a normal bus would charge. So if I am made to travel in a bus with no AC. I want my money back.

I have now made 4-5 complaints regarding your faulty washing machine but cannot seem to get any resolution. Why am I being made to pay for a machine that is not working and you seem to not be inclined to provide replacement for?
@HindwareApp your customer care service is the worst I have ever seen. Been calling and placing a complaint again and again to not get any reply back and then getting it cancelled without my consent. Please rectify.
