Steven Johnston Memorial Girls Invitational results. The Lady Colonels finished in sixth place as a team with 83.5 team points and had 10 Lady Colonels place in their weight class!

My boy did it!! JJ graduated High School tonight!! I am so damn proud of him! He is definitely my mini me and has my personality! The sky is the limit for him and I have no doubt he is destined for greatness! Now it is off to college at Mount St Joseph University.

Today the Middle School Colonels Wrestling Team competed in the KFWC Region 1 Middle School Tournament. The Colonels finished in 8th place out of 15 teams.

Colonel Wrestling is about to start preseason training, so any male or female HC student interested in joining either the Colonel Wrestling Team or the Lady Colonel Wrestling Team, contact Coach Poynter.

This will be for anyone wanting to wrestle on the middle school (grades 4th-8th) or high school boys or girls (grades 7th-12th) wrestling team.

A sports will physical will be required to participate, so please make time to get physical done before school starts if possible.

Once school starts back we will start preseason conditioning practices for those not playing a fall sport. It will only be 1-2 days a week. I will advise dates and times soon as I confirm gym and coaching availability. It will more than likely be one weekday and one weekend day.
