The reason a lot of you don’t see anything wrong in one person hoarding large sums of money while people slave away and die of hunger is because you aspire to be like that also. Unfortunately, you are more likely to walk on water than to be a trillionaire.

Cornbread is a ~9 year old big handsome boy who came to us almost 1 year ago. He had been abandoned by his previous owners when they moved and left to fend for himself outside.
This is my thinking, should we push our culture, YES! Should we put the onus on individual artists, trying to make a living? NO!
We call for pushing a lot of cultural things, and then people don't buy/attend. So maybe if we supported these things, they would happen more.
You reduce crime by eliminating poverty. The actual reason so called nice neighborhoods have lower crime rates is because people’s basic needs are being met. It is not because of police, alarm systems, or neighborhood associations. Poverty creates crime.
