@NateSilver538 @helaineolen @RossBarkan Nate — one thing to consider is ease of transportation here. It's a lot easier to take the train from many parts of BK to many other parts of Manhattan versus say Queens, where some have to take a bus to a train, or LI + NJ where they have to drive -> commuter rail -> Subway.
