Sure he’s moved on too. I didn’t even get a response when we broke up back then. Just silence. Like the 11 months we’ve been together meant nothing. Nevertheless, we’re better off this way. I am better off this way.

Yesterday, I saw my ex for the first time after breaking up last February, attending the same company event. We didn’t interact—got no chance since I was hosting the event and he was a delegate. Yet finally, my heart didn’t skip a bit. Felt nothing actually. Guess I’ve moved on.
