@slbsn At what point do clubs just bite the bullet and sign a shorter term lower value deal rather than constantly chasing these mythical monster deals? Surely Chelsea would have been better off banking £15m a season for last three years than going without?
@timstillman_ By basically playing well at City and losing by the margins and then seeing that they weren’t just going to steamroll through the rest of the games I think it filled everyone with renewed belief and we toughed it out
@timstillman_ I also think their failure to put Burnley to the sword was pivotal. We went into that City game worried that they were going to smash us and then hit Burnley for 5 or 6 which would have put goal difference out of the equation and the league effectively out of our hands
@scoutingindoors Not specific to the Nwaneri situation, but do you think that one of the unintended consequences of promoting Dowman and Salmon so young is that others in the academy now reach 15/16 and if they aren’t sniffing around the FT assume there isn’t a pathway?
@bry5913 During the Bournemouth game he seemed to have lost all athleticism left. Could barely jump off the ground.
Didn’t think we’d see another performance from him like the one last night. Love him
@chaz_1712@DarrenArsenal1 They should have allocated side view seats to all affected season ticket holders away from general sale. And they should be moving the affected block season on season too
@chaz_1712@DarrenArsenal1 It was completely missold when they did our renewals. They said there was a chance our ticket might be reallocated but that we would be placed in equivalent banded seats. Regardless of price banding it’s just a completely different perspective being behind the goal
