However, after making the payment, I was informed that your sports content is not available in 4K, that mobile streaming is capped at 720p, and that desktop streaming is restricted to SD quality.
​This is a clear instance of misleading and unfair trade practices, which misrepresent the quality of services provided to consumers. I request that you resolve this issue immediately by providing the promised service or process a full refund for my subscription.
