@KarenSLynch @CVSHealth All CVS talks about is "helping patients on their path to better health," yet nearly every new system update has only been to increase efficiency & lower safety. You make RPhs be alone for entire days while having to manage phones, customers, filling, etc. But that's safe right?

@KarenSLynch @CVSHealth Not a day went by where I didn't question if working conditions were safe for both staff & patients. I'd have to work entire 9-12hr shifts ALONE w/ no tech so I can be within budget. Not to mention the time I put off the clock. Leaving @CVSHealth was the best decision I've made

@KarenSLynch @CVSHealth Do you know how you got these profits? They were built ok the backs of every front line employee who's had to deal with low wages, labor cuts, labor shortages (on top of those cuts), and not to mention all the stress and anxiety that comes with going to every shift
