@PrometricGlobal@ab_peds Not to mention the fact that this "accommodation" is a TENT. This is punitive towards mothers trying to provide nutrition for their babies.
Told by @PrometricGlobal that Iโll have to pump in a TENT while taking my @ab_peds board examโฆ have spent a month trying to reschedule to another testing center with appropriate accomodations and hours on hold to no avail. Absolutely shameful treatment.
@PrometricGlobal@ab_peds the fact that I live in the sixth-most populous city in the country and the closest testing facility that accommodates nursing mothers for your exam is over an hour away in a different state is unacceptable.
Could not be more thrilled to have matched my top choice for allergy/immunology fellowship at @ChildrensPhila! Bittersweet to leave Boston and our wonderful community here, but very happy to be close to my husbandโs family in Philly!
@WendyHassonMD Let alone pediatric subspecialties, which are a 3 year loss of attending income and in many cases make less than primary care pediatricsโฆ
Dear house of medicine,
Happy (academic) new year.
Hereโs your annual paycut.
This one will bring you to a total 23% decrease since that whole โpandemicโ thing.
Love,
The US Government
PS: We have shortage of healthcare workers and deep health access issues in this country. Could you help with that? kthxbye.

It would be great if testing for food allergies was like testing for pregnancy, or COVID - an actionable, accurate Y/N answer. But thatโs not how these tests work! Very often (+) in non-allergic people, leading to unnecessary stress, waste, & even harm. #FoodAllergyAwarenessWeek
@chadd92 Welcome!! I see youโre a runner โ if youโre looking for a new running group you should join my husband with Tracksmith, they have a couple of BCRP spouses!
@DrJamieLim Jamie, I just saw PFAPA in clinic today! :) Our awesome rheum faculty taught me itโs rare to have all 3 of aphthous ulcers, pharyngitis, and adenopathy with flares. Also usually gets better after age ~10!
