@cathaypacific 1/2 I did not have the best experience flying on my most recent trip. 1. special meal (lacto veg) which includes dairy was not served with the ice cream, 2. passenger behind had kids iPad on speaker so we all had to hear paw patrol on a night flight….
@cathaypacific 2/2 3. The passenger also let her kid urinate in a bottle instead of taking him to toilet - unhygienic - a crew member walked by, saw it & said nothing! I did not complain as I was not feeling great & wanted to avoid confrontation 4. Received my new bag damaged 👇🏼
@Rb__sa Website. This is a really inconvenient process I’ve spoken to ebucks and essentially I must now wait to see if the money that is showing as off my account will reverse! They claim it’s a network issue but I am on aa fibre line and have no issues with connectivity!Really annoyed
@Rb__sa trying to book a flight through ebucks and at the payment step getting a 404 error when trying to pay through my FNB card! Now with the maintenance in the app do not know if the transaction went through or what the error is! Really inconvenient and annoying
@Nampree It’s a major surgery that I was not fully prepared for! The recovery is rough and few months later still not back to normal but my advice is find a good dr - I’m so glad I advocated for myself and found someone I was comfortable with
@FNBSA super frustrating my mum cannot log into her already registered online banking it keeps giving an error about registering at an atm! We did that and still can’t log in!

@EdgarsFashion how long does it take to resolve fraud on an account! This happened in November were told we will get feedback on 3 December and still nothing this is having a negative impact can this be resolved so that I can close the account!
@WOOLWORTHS_SA it’s a shame the manager of the store I went to was rather rude regarding a complaint on a food product and made it seem like the unsatisfactory product was our fault! Also didn’t let me finish what I wanted to say and kept cutting me off!
