@jeffreyyaaron idk you but this randomly showed up on my feed and i saw your comment on the post in question moments before seeing this tweet
we’re in the same community fb group and just wanted to send love and support and appreciation for all you do
@Legally_belle yeah! i did a first layer of just getting some on and then built it up from there for thicker textures and it seems to have held up well! it felt like one of those things you cant mess up because you can “erase” if you didn’t like something you did and i love foolproof crafting
@Legally_belle i didn’t put any color on mine the color of the drywall is actually pretty and neutral and subtle so i left it but you could easily add some color with a cheap sample can of paint
@Legally_belle i did a thin canvas and a thick, the thick works/looks better imo
one initial layer just to get it spread (no method to this at all) and let dry (about a day) then bigger globs for bigger textures, plastic knife for even more texture the possibilities are endless
@Legally_belle YES so idk what you have near you but joann/michaels literally always amaze coupons online/on their app/sales in store. keep an eye out for one or check in to see if their canvases are discounted because they frequently are and i think it’s worth it to wait till you can get $ off
i set a goal on this day in 2020 and kept it all of this year and it was to stop wiping my runny mascara on the shower curtain and staining it
a year of growth for sure!!!!
all you need to know about my youth is that Believe by josh groban, featured in the movie polar express, was my favorite christmas song for like three years because me and the boy i had a crush on both had solos in it at our 9th grade winter choir concert
