@RSPBEngland Perhaps @Airbnb's etc are to blame for the lack of available homes, so rather than free up land for more housing perhaps save those animals habitats, that in turn feed our wellbeing, and sort out the housing crisis from the areas it stems

When ADHD so bad you can't read, knit, watch TV, socialise, cook, clean, wash, think, without feeling dizzy.

ADHD is more than being impulsive/distracted. It is physiologically exhausting. It is a chemical deficiency that I really need Dr's to address seriously. Not functioning

Same! Before being diagnosed autistic and adhd a Dr incorrectly labeled me due to dissociation when I was hungover (self medicating for ADHD). Funny how all my symptoms dissapeared when ADHD correctly medicated

Diagnosing me with autism took hours of assessments involving multiple people over several months.

On the other hand, I was *told* I had BPD, on waking up after an overdose, by people I’d never met.

The problems with this are too many for me to even name right now.

It's shockingly hard to get support in #Herefordshire for #ADHD, even with a diagnosis. Asking for lower dose of meds since moving county has left me without any meds for 6 months.
Sent in circles trying to find out how to get help. Can anyone direct me? On a thread here.
