دوهمه مرحله: د PMI فکر (Mindset)
د کوچینګ (Coaching) له لارې د PMI د فکر کولو طریقه او د امتحان ذهنیت رامنځته کول.

د ®PMP امتحان د PMI د فکر او تصمیم نیولو پر بنسټ جوړ شوی دی. له همدې امله موږ د کوچینګ ځانګړې پروسه لرو چې ګډونوال د PMI د فکر کولو طریقې سره بلد کړي، د سناریو پر بنسټ پوښتنې تحلیل کړي، او زده کړي چې څنګه د PMI له لیدلوري سم تصمیم ونیسي. همدا برخه زموږ د سیستم تر ټولو مهم امتیاز ګڼل کېږي.

د LMS، Mentoring او دوامدار تمرین له لارې د امتحان لپاره بشپړ باور او چمتووالی ترلاسه کول.
