Building in the AI age, the lazy way. I share practical AI automation, vibe coding, and go-to-market strategies for solopreneurs, freelancers, & small startups.
You used to think and execute.
AI flips this. Agents are the doers now.
Your edge = direction: define what great work looks like, prompt until you get it, and set guardrails so agents don’t go dumb.
The winning solo company structure:
📊 Dashboard = your boss (tells you what to fix)
🎬 You = the director
🤖 Agents = tireless workers

@WordSalad69 This one has 5 left, please share yours when it worked. Previous code was already used by people and seems like they dont share theirs in return..

Introducing Lovable Cloud & AI, a new chapter for vibe coding.
Anyone can now build apps with complex AI and backend functionality, just by prompting.
100k+ new ideas, tools, and sites are built on Lovable daily.
Today, we're redefining what's possible:
random thought: if 1% better every day makes you 37x better in a year, then 1% worse every day makes you basically nothing by the end of the year. the math is brutal.. little above 2.5% Keep this in mind!

been using manus ai lately and wow… as an indie hacker it’s kinda wild how it saves me not just hours but like actual days. I can check if an idea’s worth it before i even start daydreaming a whole new app.. huge win..

I built a Morning Brew-style daily newsletter that writes itself with AI (now at 10,000 daily readers)
(and I’m nuts for open-sourcing it)
The AI system behind @therecapai clones how a human writer would function, but each step is packaged into an agentic workstream.
The full automation handles:
- Daily scrapping hundreds of reddit threads, hackernews, twitter posts, Google news API to build a massive data lake of 'daily AI news'
- Dozens of custom prompts to pull the top daily stories from this data lake, write short breakdowns, & format the newsletter
- Builds custom images based on each story with ChatGPT image generator
This was 5 MONTHS of iterating and fine-tuning prompts to get the output and content to an extremely high quality state (no AI slop)
and call me crazy, but I'm giving it away for free.
Just Retweet, follow me, and comment on this thread "NEWSLETTER"
and I'll DM you the full n8n template that you can copy/paste and fine-tune to your use-case as well as a full hour long video breakdown explaining the build.
Also you can see the actual contents of the newsletter for yourself with the link below—proof of the quality that is possible with AI.
RIP media companies 💀 AI is here.
Super valuable lesson on how to grow with micro-influencers! People nowadays find new products through watching videos.
This strategy is way better compared to traditional paid ads.
how to grow your vibe-coded saas with creators + youtube
step 1: find small creators (10k–50k subs) already making videos in your niche. they have trust, but haven't quite figured out their worth just yet
step 2: pay for a 3-video package + give them affiliate commissions. three videos builds credibility, affiliate links let you track ROI, and the content keeps working forever.
step 3: run the math — email 100 creators → ~50 replies → ~10 underpriced deals → 2–3 will drive 80% of your growth. put those on retainers and repeat.
on this episode @codyschneider shows you exactly how to write the emails to get higher response rate.
this works because youtube isn’t a flash-in-the-pan channel.
it’s search + distribution + social proof in one. done right, it makes your saas feel vibe-coded into the ecosystem... the product people just see everywhere.
the fastest way to scale a vibe-coded saas right now is to hijack underpriced creator attention and turn youtube into your permanent growth engine.

and most importantly
happy building.
i am rooting for you.
Most solopreneurs don’t fail from lack of ideas.
They fail from lack of constraints.
Before launch? It feels safe.
You “build, iterate, polish”… while really procrastinating.
No deadlines → no urgency → no launch.
Set a 7-day challenge.
Build small. Ship fast.
Constraints = creativity fuel
@d__raptis Great concept! I'd love if site menu buttons like About, Contact and else would be represented as tabs too so it would be a fully functional innovative website
100% agree but its quite difficult to maintain. Tried to do both daily few hours and 1 day/week but didnt stuck. Currently im traveling 2-3 weeks every year and keep my phone off at that time. It helps a lot but I feel like daily, weekly or at least monthly routines would help more
The thing that many founders miss with AI automation is that AI isn't supposed to replace them. It's not about doing your social media, cold outreach and all the other stuff instead of you. It’s a tool that helps you do what you already do, just at scale
Try this:
Instead of letting AI generate your posts from scratch,
1. Record your calls, meetings, or even casual conversations with colleagues or cofounders (yes, even over a beer)
2. Use AI to give you content ideas based on these transcripts
You’ll be surprised at how many unique ideas you already have but often forget.
