हाल ही में बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने तीन बड़े फैसले सुनाए हैं, जो गंभीर सवाल खड़े करते हैं:

1- कश्मीर को "भारतीय अधिकृत" और 'ऑपरेशन सिंदूर' को "हिंदुत्व आतंकवाद" कहने वाली 19 वर्षीय खदीजा शेख को जमानत।
2- यमनी नागरिक मो. कासिम अल शिबाह को भायकुला पुलिस स्टेशन से रिहा करने का आदेश।
3- मुंबई हवाई अड्डे के संवदेनशील कार्यों के लिए तुर्की की सेलेबी कम्पनी को बदलने के आदेश पर रोक।

दिलचस्प बात यह है कि इन सभी फैसलों में जस्टिस सोमशेखर सुंदरेशन शामिल थे।

खतरनाक बात यह है कि जज बनने से पहले, वह कुख्यात ब्रिटिश NGO ऑक्सफैम के बोर्ड सदस्य थे, जिसे 'डीप स्टेट' से फंडिंग मिलती है!

क्या जजों की पृष्ठभूमि की जांच नहीं होती...?
एक आम सरकारी नौकरी के लिए भी कितनी पड़ताल होती है, फिर यहाँ क्यों नहीं...?
सुना है कि जस्टिस सुंदरेशन की नियुक्ति की फाइल भारत सरकार ने कई बार वापस की थी, लेकिन कॉलेजियम इसके नाम पर अड़ा रहा।

क्या हमारे देश में जज और सिस्टम कानून से ऊपर हैं...?
क्या विदेशी डीप स्टेट' हमारी न्यायपालिका को अंदर से खोखला कर रहा है...? एवम् कोलेजियम इसमें संलिप्त है।
मेरे विचार से यह बेहद खतरनाक स्थिति है।
