@WestMidRailway You may have answered Leah, but it was an excuse (as per) and I have not once seen an apology. The level of customer service is atrocious. I could make a complaint but what's the point? Be like complaining to Evri! Nothing changes as usual. Falls on deaf ears.

@WestMidRailway Absolute chaos!! We have had to get an Uber back from Birmingham, no where to get replacement transport from and we have to get back home. Shall be expecting full reimbursement for this! ๐ก
