@UbisoftSupport Ive just been suspended for 24 hours because i was kicked from a match as my ping was on 2700. I would like to know why ubisoft has suspended me for something i have no power over.

@UbisoftSupport Id like to make a complaint. I have just been suspended from playing ranked for 24 hours. I simply loaded into a game and the game had kicked me as my ping was 2700. I then got sent back to the lobby and from there i closed the game and tested my wifi.. i never leave games.

@ATVIAssist everytime i try to sign into my ranked gameplay it wont allow me as it is saying “failed to request daily login [REASON: MINOT - HAWTHORNE]” what do i do about this as i planned to play with a few friends today but plans have been ruined due to this.
