​1. शिव प्रात: स्मरण मंत्र‼️

​प्रातः स्मरामि भवभीतिहरं सुरेशं ,
गंगाधरं वृषभवाहनमम्बिकेशम्।
खट्वांगशूलवरदाभयहस्तमीशं ,
संसाररोगहरमौषधमद्वितीयम्।।🙌

​अर्थ: मैं सुबह के समय उन भगवान शिव का स्मरण करता हूँ जो संसार के भय को हरने वाले हैं, देवताओं के स्वामी हैं, गंगा को धारण करने वाले हैं, जिनका वाहन बैल (नंदी) है और जो माता पार्वती के पति हैं। जो अपने हाथों में खटवांग, त्रिशूल, वरदान और अभय मुद्रा धारण किए हुए हैं, और जो इस संसार रूपी रोग को नष्ट करने के लिए एकमात्र अचूक औषधि हैं।🙌

​2. महामृत्युंजय मंत्र‼️

​ॐ त्र्यम्बकं यजामहे सुगन्धिं पुष्टिवर्धनम्।
उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान्मृत्योर्मुक्षीय मामृतात्।।🙌

​अर्थ: हम तीन नेत्रों वाले भगवान शिव की पूजा करते हैं, जो सुगंधित हैं और हमारा पोषण करते हैं। जिस प्रकार ककड़ी अपनी लता के बंधन से (पिक जाने पर) स्वतः मुक्त हो जाती है, उसी प्रकार हम भी मृत्यु और संसार के बंधनों से मुक्त हों, लेकिन मोक्ष (अमृतत्व) से विमुख न हों।🙌

बचपन भी कितना प्यारा था…

हर सुबह बस यही सोचते थे कि आज स्कूल न जाना पड़े।
अगर जाना भी पड़े, तो किसी तरह आधे दिन की छुट्टी हो जाए।

कभी बारिश की दुआ करते थे, कभी टीचर के न आने की, तो कभी स्कूल की छुट्टी घोषित होने का इंतज़ार रहता था।

और जब छुट्टी की घंटी बजती थी, तो लगता था जैसे दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी खुशी मिल गई हो।
