@WestJet @WestJet reply was 'we'll fly him on OUR next available flight'. When I asked why the next available flight on any airline wasn't made available as per the law, back on hold. Explanation is that WestJet has long a wait time for approval on that. What excuse is offered for that?

@WestJet nicely done westjet. You've gotten between a menopausal mama bear and her son who she hasn't seen him in 4 long months. You delayed his flight off VI for almost 2 hours but but no communication re the connecting flight he will miss. On hold 30 minutes now. Unacceptable.

@WestJet We did. On hold 40 minutes. Agent could see what we had booked and could finalize for us BUT FOR A FEE. So we tried online again.... same failure. Well done westjet. Now 2 hold charges on our cc and still no flight. So now on hold again, guess we'll pay the fee for your error.

We returned this item which you sent to us instead of rain pants. You wouldn't replace only refund and you picked up whatever this is. Now you sent an email saying we haven'treturned the rain pants you're billing us. You never sent us any remember?!?! @amazonca

@amazonca hubs ordered rain pants. This arrived instead. We don't even know what this is. Worst part? You won't fix it, only pick up your mistake and refund $ but we were told to repurchase the rain pants which are more now and won't arrive in time. So no.
