THE ACTOR "S1ETHX7Z" CLAIMS TO COMPROMISE THE SOCIAL SECURITY FUND (CSS) AND EXFILTER OPERATIONAL, MEDICINE, AND PAYROLL REPOSITORIES

Through passive monitoring of signals on the clandestine cybercrime platform BreachForums, a critical risk post has been detected by the threat actor using the alias s1ethx7z. The attacker claims to have carried out a cyber intrusion against the infrastructure of the Panama Social Security Fund (CSS), the country's main public health and social security institution.

Financial Traceability and Payroll: Detailed data on salary structures (Salary, Form), associated expenses (Expenses), salary calculation fields (About salary), accumulated amounts (Total), and government accounting allocation (Object of Expense).

Supply Control: Lists of medications, detailed inventories of essential medical and surgical supplies, and four specific files containing drug inventories and comparative acquisition tables.

Supplier Traceability: A spreadsheet file (.xlsx) that consolidates a list of medication suppliers endorsed and approved by the social security institution.
