April 28 is Lighthouse’s 39th Anniversary.
Each year for our church anniversary, those involved in music ministry record a CD, which we give to everyone who’s in attendance.

Tonight was our annual Cake Auction.
Our church family was incredibly generous in bidding for these awesome goodies.
Their giving helps offset the cost of attending camp for our 5th-12th graders.

“Sheltering” from the world is not a long term strategy for raising Christian children.
At best, it’s a tool in the toolbox to be used while our children are young and impressionable.
But there will come a time where they must step out from the shelter of the home.

We praise the Lord for the report from our missionaries to Albania who are ministering directly to Ukrainian refugees in Budapest, Hungary.
They have been able to distribute food and supplies to many families.
Most importantly, they reported many salvations.
Praise God!
