We are witnessing the largest hybrid attack against Canada to date. It’s comprised of extremely well funded and organized state level actors and useful idiots trying to convince Canadians that the threat is the EU, China, our PM, anything or anyone but the US.
@CarolEl29548627@NightShiftMD That isn’t what happened. That was the first real push by the u.s. and mother russia at diving Canada apart. This is the second and it will be defeated just the same rest assured.
@WScafemirror Western alienation isn’t new, nor is separation. Also not new is the fact that they can’t elect enough MLAs to ever form government or even be a factor in legislature. What’s changed? Social media and foreign interference baby.
@TomEngel18@UCPCaucus@ABDanielleSmith You dance with the one that brung ya. Let’s hand them their hats next week and show them to the door. That includes the floor crosser too.
@BeansDream@NightShiftMD You don't strike me as the man to run around and gauge peoples' intelligence. Brother in Christ that's intended to be helpful.
@MargTokar@ABDanielleSmith@UCPCaucus It reminds me of the one time I looked closely at a packet of Heinz ketchup and saw the motto "Heinz: For the Healthy Appetite". Same thinking: let's work the word they want to hear into the slogan, even though it isn't true.
Championship teams have a special kind of hangover that comes 5-6 years later I swear. Edmonton won in 1990 and almost lost the team midway through the decade. Some serious PR stepped in and made it all about the fans. I remember being able to buy 1/2 a season ticket as an example. I get that there might be some people balking at the idea with a team so relatively new but it's never too early to connect with the fans and rejuvenate the base. I mean it's Vegas, they can keep someone at a blackjack table until dawn I'm sure they can bring the seat sales back.
