What a lovely half term we had in Hounslow Libraries! Each library had a craft session, and here we have a few examples - a real Spring parade of fun flora and fauna!

Feltham Library's latest LEGO for Families session was a masterclass in imagination this week - the participants were asked to think of their dream pet scenario. Now, we were thinking of a dog that doesn't moult, or a house-trained dinosaur, but we got so much more...

We had a rainbow cat who could sniff out gold at the end of rainbows; a cat which came with it's own robot vacuum cleaner for its fur - avoiding dad's allergies - as well as a light on its back so it would never be run over; and a whole dream aquarium!

As part of the ongoing work to improve the way we provide our services, Feltham Community Hub & Library will be closed today and tomorrow (16th and 17th March).

Next Thursday (19th March) the team at Meadowbank will be hosting a Creative Writing Workshop - open to all - to discuss skills and to give people a chance to meet other budding writers.
