@mrraffel A4. I think remembering to team building activities throughout the year, not just at the beginning can make a huge difference. It shows students that they can/should work as a team and it helps promote acceptance and understanding within the classroom. D54Bridges

@mrraffel A1. Having students set goals and putting in steps to help achieve them will make them more successful. It is also important to check in with them and have them self evaluate where they are at. Setting high expectations will help them as well. #D54Bridges

@mrraffel @DrDonParker1 A4. During novel study discussions, I like to do simple discussion boosters like "why should we agree with so in so's answer" this let's the student know their opinion/idea was great and let's others build off it too. #D54Bridges

@mrraffel A2. An easy way to incorpate student interest into an intervention for my class would be choosing a book/novel/text about their interest. This would help the student be more interested in the process. #D54Bridges

@mrraffel If a student is consistently told you are worth it, you can achieve anything, I believe in you, I care about you, and they are told this by all staff, eventually it may click! #buildingbridges
