Fourth time trying to get an LG. @LGUSAMobile representative on the phone. Their lines continually hang up. Chat feature isn’t functional and website errors out. Worst customer service and use of electronic representatives ever. #CustomerServiceFail
After days, I am now told that the appliance repair service won’t come to do the under warranty repair without my own credit card on file. This is consumer extortion and an unfair business practice.
