still can’t get refund for booking I cancelled on time booked through @Expedia at Hotel Mary in Vico Equense. Both refuse to give back money. Guess I need to go to better business bureau. Any suggestions for help?

@expediahelp cancellation fees for @hotelmary vico/sorrento incorrectly applied. Expedia won't help. Hotel wont help. Hotel sends me to Expedia and Expedia to hotel. Expected more from Expedia. Need manager email at Expedia asap. Been trying to handle issue for 2 weeks. Help!

@ConEdison my mother is 85 and her energy bill went up two hundred dollars a month. She is not on a government programs. Her income is very low.What programs can you have that help her. It’s bad enough. Your rates went so high for everyone but you’re hurting seniors.
