Last weekend, we visited an “affordable” senior living complex to speak with residents about their housing concerns & struggles. Through SICA, we strengthen our analysis of local conditions & politics & sharpen our approach to educating, organizing, & agitating among the masses!

LBPC is no longer active, but we merged back with @ftp_lb and will continue to serve the people with them. Follow FTP-LB and send them an email at [email protected] if you live in or around LB and want to join a principled Communist organization.

FTP-LB has taken a break from social media since we announced the suspension of our meal distributions in August 2021 in order to reassess our practice and rectify internal contradictions.

Thank you to everyone who has volunteered, donated, and otherwise supported us. We look forward to serving the masses together again in the near future. (2/2)

LBPC is suspending its distributions indefinitely. We have been struggling with internal contradictions, and we must carry out political education and gain a deeper understanding of the problems working class people in LB are facing before we can resume mass work. (1/2)

One of the many benefits of serving our community. In addition to providing food to the masses, we are also able to provide water and other needs for their pets. If you’d like to serve the people of Long Beach with us, contact us at [email protected]

Now that ICUs aren’t at maximum capacity, we are excited to return to distributing food to the unhoused community of Long Beach. If you want to help us feed the masses, we’d love to have you cook for our weekly distributions. Reach us @ [email protected]

[Long Beach People's Collective @lbpcollective]

You can give us a call at [phone] or email us at [email protected] to request a drop off.

[Long Beach People's Collective @lbpcollective]

In light of current COVID numbers and dangerously low ICU capacity, we’ve made the difficult decision to suspend our regular biweekly meal distributions.

In the meantime, we have some capacity to do mobile contactless drop offs on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 1 and 3pm.

Help us meet winter gear needs!

As the weather changes, many of the houseless community need tents, sleeping bags, and warm clothing.

We created an Amazon Wishlist for the most in-demand items. If you have $10 or more to spare, you can help us cover some of these needs.
