Absolute joke of a "fraud" team.
Asked me to recognise two payments that were not even showing on my statement, ignored my worry more payments will be taken.

@mbna unfuckingbelievable. Six hours on the dead ass slow messaging to be told the FRADULENT payments taken were authorised by myself. And I have to contact a company I don't know, can't find, to arrange a refund of 20 payments taken over 20 consecutive days.

Listings show minimum age requirements, and then list the age as 122, in one example, and show toddlers playing with the 3D printed toys.

@manypets_uk Why can't your claims team deal effectively with claims, look at the documents supplied in the claim, and pay it out. Instead you've again asked for documents already supplied. In fact, you decide each time I claim to ask for something else already supplied.
