@cybersecmeg How were you able to transition from working as a SOC analyst to incident response to then consultant? I have 5 years exp working as a SOC analyst and want to transition into another area of cybersec.
@JBizzle703 Make sure they know they felt "heard" and ask how they are doing. We work in such a fast-paced environment so a lot of time one can get wrapped up with the daily tasks. If someone seems down or angry, just listen to them.
