What is a relatively easy certification that I can study for/take within the next 2-3 weeks? Have a lot of down time with the Holidays approaching.

@JBizzle703 Make sure they know they felt "heard" and ask how they are doing. We work in such a fast-paced environment so a lot of time one can get wrapped up with the daily tasks. If someone seems down or angry, just listen to them.
