@Starbucks, I’ve been a loyal customer since 2014. Today my extra hot latte had an unsecured lid, spilled completely while lifting from my cup holder, and burned my hand. Calling the store only to hear “there’s nothing we can do” was disappointing. This is Serious safety issue.

I just wanted to get eSIM from a physical sim.

Procedure says that go to Thanks App and select Upgrade to eSIM option.
I have done that expecting to get the eSIM prompt on my iPhone.
I didn’t get eSIM even after 24 hrs which shows the inability of the network.

@airtelindia@airtelindia I went to store expecting the service to be acceptable, but the “Partner” didn’t greet, didn’t ask to sit or in fact was not courteous.
@airtelindia@airtelindia I was able to get connected to a customer support person only to face the rudeness and repeating the same information that I could find online.
The only conversation is the individual telling me to visit a store.

After more than 10 tries, testing different IVR choices,
