@virginmedia Hi the option of pausing wasn’t given to me when I called this morning. We are happy to pay when it’s not connected to an address but are not happy to spend £200 plus. Our issue is beyond our control and we are hoping to move asap.
Also @virginmedia has a nerve not pausing our account as our last move was a complete disaster and we were left with no Wi-Fi for months. This was due to the engineer not being able to install and then numerous delays.
Wish there was a reverse deposit scheme for tenants, like imagine we could claim back rent money for shitty things our landlords do. Didn’t fix the mould? £160. No heating in winter for two weeks? £95. Ignore emails about living situation? £55.
Help us at @NetworkGender to raise money to pay trans artists for our event at @WeAreUglyDuck!
It’s all about trans creativity and was initially conceived as a protest against the government’s Safe To Be Me conference (which has now been boycotted and cancelled) 🏳️⚧️
