Attention:

Tennessee Valley Authority is issuing a STEP 20 energy curtailment period for our service area. The timeframe for this is from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM today, June 22nd. During this time, please use conservation efforts in your residence or business.

Once again today, TVA is issuing a Step 20 heat advisement. This is a voluntary curtailment of energy to try and meet the energy needs of the valley during this extreme heat. Please be mindful of your energy usage during the afternoon hours and be safe.

At this time there is an outage affecting around 800 customers in the Loretto area. Crews have been notified and are working to the area to diagnose and correct the problem. Thank you for your patience as we work in the weather.

At this time, crews have worked the outage numbers down to just under 900 customers. The weather is still making things difficult, as well as, finding the damage in some areas.Our crews will work all through the night to get your service restored.Thank you for your understanding.

As you can see, we have a lot of outages throughout our service area due to the storms. Around 4700 customers are without service at this time. Thank you for your understanding as our crews are working hard in this storm.

There is an outage in the Northwestern portion of our service area. Crews are dispatched and working towards that area. The weather will play a big factor tonight, but our guys will take on the weather to try and fix any issues that arise because of that weather. Thank you.
