So here we go again, another week @NHSHighland lots to deal with and our own personal resilience to maintain. Look after each other #letsdoit#teamhighland Be kind we are all dealing with lots of pressures, make the difference.
Creating a health and care system that makes the right thing easy to do, supporting our people to do their job well. Honesty, clarity, kindness, teamwork #peoplemattermost most of all improving health outcomes for our population
As a clinician I echo this. As a patient's relative, I am in awe of the compassion and professionalism of @Scotambservice & @NHSHighland. Despite being nearly a year into a pandemic, you attended to my brother-in-law's stroke and made it look effortless #teamhighland π
Big shout out and a huge thank you to all our staff @NHSHighland@abhscp for working so tirelessly through this pandemic. Whether you are in the hospital, community, vaccinating or tract and trace, you are doing a great job. #teamhighland#makingithappen
Test of Change - an attempt to block an hour off each day to step away from the screen. When multiple people have access to your diary and there are so many meetings going on it's hard to avoid back-to-back screen time. Let's see how this pans out π€#homeworking
@rebecca94629481@bmj_latest@NHSHighland@NorthScotRCGP@HighlandLMC Or the trolley that heralded a new dawn in A&E about 0600 with the biggest teapot you can lift and a mountain of hot buttered toast π If ever there was a sign that you had survived the night shift, that was it.
Many workplaces ignore the importance of a morning coffee break. I can vouch for it being a game changer. Perhaps, post-Covid, we can look to bring this little window of human interaction back? @bmj_latest@NHSHighland@NorthScotRCGP@HighlandLMC https://t.co/rrjiLa0MiW
@DAJCameron@HighlandLMC agree wholeheartedly. We have been asking for relevant data throughout the pandemic. Without it, we can have no confidence in the direction and pace of travel.
Spot on - I echo this wholeheartedly. Just pop your camera off, put BRB in chat bar and no need to explain. Sometimes, if you wait until you 'have time' the moment is lost.
Iβm thinking this time round with lockdown that if our kids need us when we working from home that we should give them the time they need and see whatβs up? If youβre on teams or a call with me and need to help your child thatβs fine by me - they need you more than me π
Across NHS Highland we have seen numbers of COVID positive cases triple in only a few days
Now that all of NHS Highland, apart from some islands, is under level 4 restrictions, we must abide by the rules so that we can reduce COVID infections
