Your body is not what you think it is.

It is not just a physical lump of matter that's disconnected from your mind.

Quantum physics proves local realism is false...meaning what you perceive in the outside world is actually constructed when you perceive it...

Which means the same for your body.

Your body is just a visual representation in consciousness of what your consciousness looks like...It's not who you are.

Its like a video game avatar constructed to navigate the 3D world....

The body isn't WHO you are. It's a visual representation -- a portal into consciousness -- so that our infinite eternal consciousness can navigate in this world.

So what does this mean for health?

The most important factors for health are not actually your diet and your external lifestyle...

Similar to how the most important factor for a grand theft auto character isn't the food it eats in the game...

It's the PROGRAMMING underlying the character.

The programming underlying your body is far more important than what you put in your body.

Your consciousness, your beliefs, your emotions control the health of your body more than anything else.

This is the future of health.
