Boy 15 Killed Himself Hours After School Suspended Him Over Flimsy Sexual Assault Allegation With No Due Process Now They Claim His Parents Are To Blame

Owen Poirier from Chazy New York died by suicide on October 16th 2023 outside his family business after being sent home from school over claims he touched a 16 year old girl inappropriately on the bus

Bus surveillance showed them sharing lunch and him sitting on her lap but the school found no evidence of sexual assault after investigating and the family says he was given no chance to defend himself or have his parents present

The school district superintendent and principal denied any wrongdoing saying they were not negligent because the death occurred off school property and a judge has not yet ruled if they can countersue the family

After the death the superintendent wrote in an email that the school unequivocally did not find evidence of sexual assault which the family argued in court filings while the school's lawyer claimed the email was taken out of context

The family has filed a federal lawsuit accusing the district of violating due process and showing anti male bias while claiming school officials now blame the parents instead of taking responsibility for failing to properly inform them

Milwaukee sent an internal affairs detective to investigate a cop caught using Flock surveillance cameras to stalk his ex...

...but that SAME internal affairs detective has now been CHARGED with using the SAME Flock cameras to stalk people, HIMSELF!!!!!

He even planted a GPS tracker on a victim's car.

The investigator WAS the abuser.

The same man they trusted to catch the stalker cop... was allegedly running his own stalking operation the entire time.

His name is Detective Tehrangi Chapman.

A 22-year veteran of the Milwaukee Police Department.

In December, Internal Affairs assigned him to investigate Officer Josue Ayala... who used the department's Flock license plate cameras over 200 TIMES to track his ex-girlfriend.

Ayala pleaded guilty. He's sentenced next week.

Just 2 months into that investigation, an anonymous call came in.

Someone was terrified that a detective was digging into their family's personal information... and had planted a GPS TRACKER on their car.

The victim was so afraid of what a cop could do to them, they refused to even say his name.

The audit found Chapman, the internal affairs detective, had run that victim's license plate through the Flock camera system 17 TIMES, pulling 17 reports on their family going back SIX YEARS.

He searched another person's plate three times in a single day, and when the system required him to log a reason for every search?

He typed "test" and "training."

Prosecutors say he ADMITTED to all of it, including the Flock tracking, the GPS device on the car, all of it.

He's now charged with felony misconduct in office.

Entire West Virginia police department FIRED after reporting evidence room break-in!!

The small town of Barrackville, West Virginia has relieved its entire police department of duty following a reported break-in at the evidence room.

According to former Sgt. Hunt, he arrived at the department Tuesday morning and discovered the evidence room had been broken into.

He then called a meeting with the mayor and town council. A council member reportedly confessed to taking a set of police keys.

When Hunt alleged that members of the town government may have been involved in the break-in, he and the department’s remaining officer were immediately placed on inactive status. The police clerk also quit.

This comes just one week after Police Chief Zachary Freeburn resigned over disputes with the town council regarding alleged overreach.

The officers issued a statement thanking the Barrackville community for their support during their service.

This situation raises serious questions about what happened inside that evidence room and why local officials moved so quickly to sideline the very officers who reported the break-in.
