A bit of a milestone today. We passed £2,000 of our current fundraising target for @royalmarsden so since we started in 2016 we’ve now raised a total £10,000 for cancer charities! Thank you to everyone who has supported us …. Now onwards to the next milestone!

Blue faced Leicester blended with a little pink merino - yes, on my new drum carder! And yes, it was like spinning candy floss!

Really happy with the first skein from my new drum carder. The fibre is carded so thoroughly in the process, it feels like spinning clouds and produces a soft and airy yarn, a little like whipped cream. This is a blend of dyed merino shades and ivory Tussah silk.
