As a developer, this seems to be a very trivial problem to solve (make another profile the main one) and I'm very disappointed that @netflix doesn't allow something like it.

So, my sister is moving and I wanted to add her as an extra member on @netflix.

Problem is my sister created this account and her profile is the main profile, which can't be transferred. It is impossible to her to maintain her profile being an extra member.

@ClaroBrasil como sempre deixando os clientes na mão. Linha ativada foi bloqueada, sem aviso, e deixou a gente na rua, em outra cidade, precisando pegar e sem acesso à internet e telefone. Central fala que não pode fazer nada antes de 5 dias úteis. Absurdo o descaso com o cliente

Meu cartão foi clonado e tive que trocar. A @HBOMaxBR simplement cancelou a minha assinatura sem aviso, nem oportunidade de atualizar as info. Bem conveniente, pois eu tinha o desconto vitalício de 50% e agora não tenho mais. 2 anos sendo assinante. Triste isso.
