$IGPK ➡️ $JFHE -- The Q2 2025 filing confirms that JFH Digital E-Commerce Corp has completed its capital formation phase, successfully raising over $50 million through two Chinese public offerings without adding debt. The company demonstrates sustained revenue growth, almost $46M in Q2, operational profitability, and clean (but very slow) financials, positioning it for uplist readiness (HKEX and hopefully NASDAQ) and continued global expansion.

THE BIG EYE OPENER FOR ME: ROUND #2 of Chinese investors from this past spring = 12,881,939,306 RESTRICTED $IGPK SHARES...purchased at .003. That is $38,645,817 USD of NEW INVESTMENT.

So, Round #1 and Round #2 combined: $51,213,737 USD invested at .0030 for 17,071,245,815 TOTAL RESTRICTED SHARES.

Now for the dose of reality: (1) Indicator Global, Yingda, (the company The Fenghuang Group hired to coordinate the uplist into NASDAQ) needs to get their SH*T together with all the U.S. Paperwork...and (2) FINRA needs to get off their asses and hurry up with the name/ticker change.

These two issues alone, have resulted in a lot of long-term shareholders losing faith. I totally get that. But the company continues to kick ass in China -- and we need to see those successes within "mistake-free" filings, which will/should eventually happen - IMO. NFA!

Excellent summary Rodney!!!! 🔥🔥🔥 Yep, Q2 and Q3. Not sure if any of that will bleed over into 2026? But I am still expecting a NASDAQ uplist to happen before December 31st, 2026.

If/when the entire list comes to fruition, it'll be up to "the market & investors" to push this as high as it will/should go!!!
