@fraserboyd I'm in p5 & they have a soft start from 8.50am & can come in anytime til 9am when the bell goes. The kids get ready for the day, set stationery out then read a book til register. Don't think staff technically have to be in the room, psa are up & down corridor.

@Mr_Minchin @primarymathsLBU @EducationLBU Yes, rotations work well with mixed abilities for some maths topics like money, as it's practical & investigative. What I can't get my head round is how to teach number work without ability groups. I'm in p4 where currently have maths abilities ranging from early to 2nd level.
