KEY QUESTION RE WEISSELBERG PLEA. Why is DOJ not investigating Trump, Weisselberg, & Trump Org for federal tax fraud? The Weisselberg state indictment, to which Weisselberg will plead guilty tomorrow, explicitly states that the scheme involved state AND federal tax fraud.
