@wiseconnector You average something like 10-15 tweets/day, of pretty good content. Do you preschedule days worth of content in advance ? Have an employee ? Why do you do this ?
@wiseconnector Solid advice. Get out of your heads and atop having your emotions drive your decisions. Be confident, be bold, make decisions and move forward. Don't waste your time with people that only want you when they need you.
@MindHealthMoney A "program" for yourself is something that you can turn to when you know you aren't in the headspace you want to be in. For me it's a few talks that I listen to that always motivate me. Maybe its a song that lifts you up or a poem. These things are important to stabilize you.
@MindHealthMoney The difference a few hours or a short walk can make on your mindset and emotional state is huge. Its important to know yourself well enough to realize when your being emotionally charged. You should have a "program" you can run on yourself to reset. (1/2)
@wiseconnector When you are doing consistently for someone what they wont do for themselves, you have overextended. Don't let people take advantage of you or your skills and mindset. Be nice always.
@MindHealthMoney This is the truth my friend. They say, "A mind is like a garden," they don't mention that without consistent care all gardens become overgrown with weeds. Be an avid gardener, tend your beds, pick your weeds and know that you reap what you sow, however much or little it may be.
