🚨 A serious problem in the LUNC community needs addressing right now! 🚨

⚠️ The word “scammed” or "scammer" is being thrown around far too casually lately - and that is dangerous.

Accusing L2 developers, validators, or builders of scamming without verifiable, on-chain or legal evidence is not “calling out bad actors” - it’s reckless, defamatory behaviour that harms innocent people and the chain itself. ⚠️

Let’s be very clear 👇
🧠 Disagreement ≠ Scam
📉 A project failing ≠ Scam
🤝 Different incentives ≠ Scam
💬 You don’t like someone ≠ Scam

⚠️ If you are jumping on the bandwagon and repeating accusations without proof, you are part of the problem.

❗ What actually qualifies as a scam?

Real accusations require evidence, such as:
✅ On-chain proof of misappropriated funds
✅ Wallet trails showing deliberate theft
✅ Broken contractual obligations with receipts
✅ Court rulings or legal action
✅ Verifiable admissions or documented fraud

Not:
❌ “I heard on X…”
❌ “Someone said it in Telegram…”
❌ “The price went down…”
❌ “They built something I don’t personally like…”

⚠️ Why this behaviour is damaging

Every baseless accusation does real harm:
🔻 Legitimate developers walk away
🔻 Validators get publicly smeared
🔻 New builders refuse to deploy on LUNC
🔻 Investors see chaos and avoid the chain
🔻 External perception of Terra Classic deteriorates

This doesn’t protect the community.

It cripples it.

You cannot claim to support decentralisation while running a public witch-hunt culture.

🛑 Warning to the community
False accusations of scamming are not harmless opinions.

They can be legally actionable, reputationally destructive, and permanently damaging to people who are building in good faith.

If you accuse someone:
📌 Post the evidence
📌 Link the transactions
📌 Show the facts
📌 Or stop repeating it

Silence is better than slander.

✅️ Final thought:
Terra Classic does not survive through noise, outrage, or character assassinations.
It survives through builders, validators, infrastructure, governance, and accountability.

🧩 Protect legitimate contributors

🚨 Official Update 🚨 We did it again!

It is now completely official: Kraken has cancelled the delisting of Terra Luna Classic (LUNC).🏅

This is fantastic news , not just for Kraken, but for the U.S. market and the entire Terra Classic community. Kraken remains one of the key gateways for U.S. users to access and buy LUNC, and keeping that door open matters.

This is also not the first time a centralized exchange has reversed a delisting decision related to the Terra Classic ecosystem. Not long ago, Binance announced the delisting of USTC, the other native coin fromTerra Classic , and as a community, we stepped up and successfully reversed that decision.

At the time, I was heavily criticised for acting without waiting for a governance prop. But this is exactly the point: some situations cannot wait. When something is clearly wrong, we must act immediately. That’s what we did with Binance , and that’s what we’ve done again with Kraken.

Let this be clear: there is no secret plan, no hidden entity, and no “someone else” doing the work behind the scenes. If we want this chain to grow, survive, and surpass the competition, then you and I have to do the work. Progress only happens when the community steps up.

The last couple of weeks were intense: meetings, data collection, documentation, and more meetings , all alongside an amazing and professional team at Kraken. Once they had all the facts, they chose to stand with the community, cancel the delisting, and continue supporting Terra Classic.

A direct and sincere thank you to the Kraken team - P, S, and R - you were absolutely amazing.

This once again proves something important: we are one of the strongest communities in the space.
