It's bad being defrauded as an investor

It's worse watching the corporate regulator @asicmedia turn a blind eye to it.

It's even worse watching ASIC try to cover up its negligence in the matter while feckless politicians do nothing to reform a broken regulator.

We heard him whisper, “this is such bullshit.”

The call went silent.

I laughed and said it’s okay. I said we value honesty.

Afterwards I DM’d him: “Thanks for being real. Love that.”

Then I added him to a Slack channel.

It’s just me and him.

The channel is named #performance-improvement

He then DM'd me "Sorry, what's the channel about?"

I didn't reply.

Now whenever he said something in a meeting, I dropped a "thanks for your honesty" in the channel.

He quit after 3 weeks.

I love our team.
