This time we highlight next two of the optional motifs: the bridge 🌉 and the temple 🛕 When minting, collectors can add them to the pure mountain peak.

The first Poznań edition of @InvestCuffs held as the Festival of Personal Finance, has officially entered the books. Two packed days of lectures, debates and the kind of networking the event is known for brought together investors, educators and collectors under one roof.

The programme went well beyond markets and personal finance. On Monday, 5 October, the opening day featured an author meeting for the newly released book “Digital Philately and Cryptophilately: In the Web3 Era”, published in both Polish and English.

Marcin Wenus @MarcinWenus hosted the session with a clear grasp of this emerging field, guiding the discussion through digital stamps, #blockchain-based collecting and what #Web3 changes for a centuries-old hobby.

Attendees who joined the talk, asked questions or stopped by the https://t.co/zHr5hnkxZf bookstore stand in the “I Read and Invest” zone helped create a notably open and engaged atmosphere. The questions covered a wide range, and the exchange showed real curiosity about a collecting niche that sits at the intersection of traditional philately, digital assets and new ownership models.

In a few days Deutsche Post will issue a new crypto stamp, „Himalaya” - the second issue of the „Man as Explorer” series (Der Mensch als Entdecker). We go back, however, to the beginning of this story in Germany – to the issue that came before the national postal service.

Before Deutsche Post entered the field, private operator #NordBrief was first to bring a crypto stamp onto the German market. On 14 July 2023 the #Wacken2023 collection was released with the festival organisers and VariusSystems. It was the first crypto stamp issue in German history with an official Wacken Open Air licence.
 Print run: ~50k units. The physical NordBrief stamp is fully valid postage. Once activated, each set assigns one of 34 motifs for Wacken years from 1990 to 2023. The earlier the year, the rarer the token. Part of the proceeds went to the Wacken Foundation.

The new #Himalaya issue takes the series to the roof of the world and Mount Everest. The Himalayas, whose name means “Home of Snow,” hold ten of the world’s fourteen peaks above 8,000 metres. Extreme cold, thin air and the life-threatening “death zone” make every discovery an extraordinary challenge.

Liechtenstein 🇱🇮 Marks Five Years of Crypto Stamps with a Limited Anniversary Edition

Philately Liechtenstein has released a special edition to mark the fifth anniversary of its Crypto Stamp programme. The issue draws on the principality’s early postal history while remaining part of its blockchain-linked stamp series.

The design is based on Liechtenstein’s historic 5 Heller stamp, which showed the sovereignty of the principality. The 5 Heller denomination was chosen both as a nod to those first stamps and as a reference to the five-year milestone.

The edition is limited to 800 copies worldwide and comes in a premium collector’s box. Four colour variants of the prince’s hat appear on the stamps: blue (440 copies), red (250), gold (100) and rainbow (10).

The stamps were released on 24 September. Philately Liechtenstein describes the issue as a meeting point between the country’s philatelic tradition and its more recent work with crypto stamps.

Four European Posts 🇦🇹 🇳🇱 🇧🇪 🇵🇹 Release New Mythology Crypto Stamps 💥

Austrian Post and three partner postal operators have issued a new joint crypto stamp series today, 24 September 2026. The theme continues the Heroes of Mythology cycle and brings together designs from Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Portugal. Sales and activation are handled through the Crypto stamp programme at https://t.co/zpVpiAD2yJ

Each issue is a valid postage stamp paired with a digital twin on the blockchain. The physical designs differ by country. The digital twins appear in five colours, revealed only after activation: black - the most common, green, blue, yellow and red - the rarest.

Austria is releasing two motifs, Perseus and Eos. The Netherlands has issued Demeter, the goddess of harvest, now shown with her horse. Belgium’s stamp features Hercules with the horse Areion. Portugal’s contribution is Hades. Luxembourg is not taking part in this year’s joint release.

The four-country launch is presented as one collecting set built around figures from Greek myth. The stamps may be used for postage or kept as collectibles. After activation on https://t.co/zpVpiAD2yJ, the digital twins can be stored in a crypto wallet.

The issue continues Austrian Post’s Crypto stamp project, launched in 2019 and later extended through international partnerships.
