Scammers are out in force!
Just had a hilarious conversation with someone apparently from @SkyHelpTeam after the third phone call today. Asking me to press buttons on the router to “test your connection” - which I’m assuming is a way for them to compromise our WiFi security.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks for checking! It was 100% a scam, 3 calls from 3 different people using two different numbers. They didn’t check any customer info, were very insistent and laughed / hung up when I called them out on it being a scam.
