@AmericanAir I've been waiting for payment of compensation for my delayed flight since your email of 3rd August, customer relations said wait 45 days, that passes they say wait another 45 days and again today clock starts again..... what's going on?

@AmericanAir@AmericanAir another day, another day without response. A backlog shouldn't hinder a case you've already confirmed compensation for, yet not actually paid it. This should be a priority...
