@majestietestie@evikokonou@swiftism100 Sorry I should have clarified. My entire feed around this topic are people saying she’s anorexic, which is where my issue with it is coming from. I also don’t think in general we should be projecting this onto her.
@0scilloscope@mignonmight@111pixi None of my replies are about othorexia right now, sorry I could have clarified. The issue right now on my feed is everyone keeps calling her anorexic, which I personally disagree with with the level of fuel you would need for this level of abs.
@0scilloscope@mignonmight@111pixi Let’s be real none of the discourse about her body right now is calling her orthorexic, they’re calling her anorexic. You’re not getting abs like that through anorexia, and to be fair her abs are very genetic too the average gym person isn’t getting that level of definition.
@taskmaster_420@swiftism100 You also have to lift so heavy to get abs like this, and the only way to do so is eat and eat properly. Don’t speak on stuff like this if you’re not a weight lifter.
@taskmaster_420@swiftism100 Yes everyone has abs but you are so wrong in saying it’s not a muscle that you build. You have to train your abs to have this much definition. Everyone has glutes, everyone has biceps, everyone has quads. But if you don’t train them they’re not going to be muscular.
@evikokonou@swiftism100 The amount of fuel you need to train your abs to get this level of definition is not possible with an ed. If you don’t lift and lift heavy don’t speak on thisz
