Our principal and AP have modeled that from the beginning. It’s easy to work all hours while at home, but we can’t! We have a conversation, that goes in our partnership agreement, about how we can take care of ourselves. @THBoogren sure helped us with that this year! #CoTeachat

@alycia_owen Totally agree about the conversations about student engagement! It’s the #1 thing Ts talk about. As a coach, we start with thinking about how we did it in the regular classroom then make adjustments to the remote setting. It ends up being pretty similar

A2: i also love how available people are all the time by the click of a button. I can connect with people across the district easily now without having to drive over or set up a half day meeting. We all have each other’s zoom links, too. #lovezoom #Coteachat

A3: Its nice that none of us have done this before, so we are all learning together. Everyone is wanting to bounce ideas off each other and try new things. It’s scary and exhausting, but amazing! #Coteachat

A2: Im not sure that this actually happened a lot before, but now we are very conscious of letting everyone have a chance to contribute to the conversation. We are so conscious of hearing all voices. We are utilizing the tools available ie breakout rooms and the chat. #Coteachat
