The words we speak matter. That’s why I believe we need to speak words of truth and hope not only to ourselves but to others as well. Here are 20 things we should say more often if we want to make the world more positive:
5 Commitments of Great Teams.
1. Commit to giving 100%
2. Commit to getting better.
3. Commit to staying positive.
4. Commit to the team’s mission.
5. Commit to each other.
I believe True Grit starts with knowing what you truly want. When you know what you want and you can see it, you will work hard and persevere in order to achieve it.
It seems like there's confusion on when we stop learning math so I made a little guide.
K-8: Still learning math
9-12: Still learning math
Undergrad: Still learning math
Grad school: Still learning math
After grad school: Still learning math
Teaching mathematics is about facilitating mathematical development.
This means that we cannot get all learners to the same landmarks at the same time in the same way, any more than we can get all toddlers to walk at the same time in the same way.

Love is the ultimate driver of grit and excellence:
1. If you love it, you’ll work hard to become great at it.
2. If you love what do you you won’t give up.
3. If you love your team you won’t quit on them.
4. Love casts out fear and fuels you.

Mathematics is not a careful march down a well-cleared highway, but a journey into a strange wilderness, where the explorers often get lost.

Number strings are so powerful in supporting children’s development. They go beyond talk and sharing. And the elegant mathematics that develops before you is lovely.
